Delivery and Payment Details

All prices include GST (@ 12.5%) and appear in New Zealand dollars.

The only additional cost will be a courier cost. This will depend on the products you buy (whether they can be sent in a courier bag or need to be boxed to avoid damage) but we will send it the quickest but cheapest way possible – we don't like freight charges either!!

You can pay by cheque, internet banking or credit card. Goods will be sent once cheques have cleared (allow extra five days), or when deposit appears in bank account. Credit card will be debited on despatch of order. We are happy for you to phone with your credit card details if you prefer.

Goods should reach you in perfect condition – please contact us if they don't.

Despatch time is dictated by product availability, which is sometimes beyond our control. Please order early to avoid disappointment. We will contact you if there are any problems and try to substitute items for you where possible.

If you are working to a tight time frame please indicate this on your order. Every effort will be made to ensure your purchase reaches you as soon as possible.
